1 General Provisions

cw44 is an online betting and casino platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between cw44 and each registered user ("Member") of the platform.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through the platform, and the updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

1.1 Definitions

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You must register with accurate information — providing false details may result in account termination.
• Each individual may hold only one account; maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The account is for the Member's personal use only — placing bets on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To open an account with cw44, you must provide your correct name, contact details, and the required identification information. Accounts created with incomplete or false information may be closed at any time.

3.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. cw44 will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Upon receiving a request via live chat or email, cw44 will process the closure in accordance with applicable rules and return any remaining balance.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

cw44 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposits may not be made in a third party's name or via credit methods. Funds deposited must come from an account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this may take longer if identity verification or a security review is required.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. cw44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

cw44 is committed to preventing financial crime. The platform may request additional documents or information for any unusual transaction. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and funds will be forfeited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cw44's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once — claiming it more than once from the same account or device is prohibited.
• Sharing accounts or payment methods to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• cw44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Cashback and VIP rewards will be cancelled in the event of any fraudulent activity.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

cw44's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular active participation on the platform. Cashback is always calculated on eligible bets only and is credited on a weekly basis.

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. cw44 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, cw44 reserves the right to void it and return the staked amount.

7.2 Unfair Play

If a Member attempts to gain an unfair advantage through cheating, use of bots, software exploits, or any other improper method, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a server outage or disconnection, cw44 will review the game logs and determine a fair outcome. Members may contact the support team if they wish to raise a concern about this.

8 Responsible Gaming

cw44 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe entertainment should be controlled and measured. Platform users should keep the following in mind:

• Only play with money you can afford to lose without affecting your livelihood.
• Do not let entertainment become a habit — set a fixed time limit and budget.
• If you develop a gambling problem, seek help immediately.

10 Limitations & Liability

10.1 Service Limitations

cw44 may temporarily suspend services from time to time for maintenance or technical reasons. No bets will be accepted during this period, and Members' funds will remain fully secure.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

cw44 is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, third-party service issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. All gambling decisions made by a Member are entirely their own.

10.3 Third-Party Content

Some games and betting services on the platform are operated by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe). Their own terms may also apply to those services.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

cw44 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Cheating or use of bots.
• Abusive behavior toward other Members or staff on the platform.

In the event of account closure, if no breach of rules is proven, any remaining balance will be returned.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully in effect.

13.2 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In any dispute over interpretation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

13.3 Assignment

No Member may transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. cw44 may assign rights under this agreement if required.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between cw44 and the Member, and replace all prior discussions or agreements.
